Our weekly virtual instruction immerses students in fundamentals of debate and policy analysis. Whitney Brown began her debate journey as a high school student and quickly discovered the power of debate to transform confidence, communication, and leadership skills.

As a nationally competitive debater and founder of multiple debate initiatives, Whitney created the South Carolina Debate League to expand access to high-quality debate education for students across the state.

Her vision is simple: every student should have the opportunity to find their voice, think critically, and become a leader in their community.
